Music is licensed, not sold. It is a contractual agreement allowing you to reproduce the music in a synchronised way with your production (aka synchronisation license).

What is covered by the license?
The license covers all costs normally paid by the licencee (you).

What is not covered by the license?
The license does not cover the performance royalties paid by the broadcasters, distributors or manufacturers.
